This role covers the following activities

  • Contribute to the roll out of the regional Analytics roadmap. Leveraging Analytics to improve our clients, partners and internal processes.
  • Ensure usage of data to improve distribution process, to refine pricing and risk monitoring, to speed up the subscription and claim processes, and to combat the fraud
  • Understand the business challenges and the objectives the analytics projects have to contribute to solve
  • Translate a business issue under a mathematical/statistical formula or set of formulas
  • Find appropriate sources of data
  • Evaluate the quality and the wealth of the data, analyze them and present the results
  • Present the results in a simple and efficient way to ensure a good understanding by all stakeholders of the project
  • Guarantee the respect of the Analytics Modelling Governance when implementing a new model
  • Guarantee the respect of the Project Governance and liaise with the IT department when implementing a new model
  • Value assessment & monetization of Analytics initiatives
  • Designing the probabilistic modelling of the business objectives
  • Training and evaluating the machine learning models and designing models’ quality monitoring strategies through time.

Your profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in data science
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Experience with SQL
  • Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
  • Experience with data visualization tools, PowerBI preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
